Back from Spain (January 14, 2012)
If anyone is looking for a great reason to get away, expand their yoga practice and explore Southern Spain, I would highly recommend checking out Suryalila, an old olive farm turned yoga retreat in the Andalusian hills, about an hour from Seville. I spent the past month helping them get ready for their grand opening this March. What a beautiful spot and peaceful atmosphere! If anyone is interested in learning more, let me know. I will certainly be going back, hopefully with friends!
